Customers are responsible for the accuracy of measurements provided by third parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Prepayment is required when placing an order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Orders under $100:<\/strong> Full payment is required upfront.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Orders over $100:<\/strong> You may either pay the full amount upfront or pay a 50% deposit<\/strong>, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Payment must be received on or before the day of collection. We accept cash, credit cards, and other electronic payment methods. Failure to make the final payment will result in the order not being released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Pick-up Time<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n If you require a specific pick-up time, please let us know in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Morning:<\/strong> Available starting from 10:00 AM.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Afternoon:<\/strong> Available starting from 12:00 PM<\/strong> (Default pick-up time if no specific time is provided).<\/p>\n\n\n\n Storage Fee Guidance: We kindly ask that you collect your items in a timely manner. If garments are left uncollected for more than 30 days after the notification or scheduled pick-up date, a modest daily storage fee may apply to help cover storage costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Receipt<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n To pick up your order, you must present the receipt we issued (a photo of the receipt<\/strong> is also acceptable). Without the receipt, you may not be able to collect your item. In case of loss, please contact us for verification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Pickup Limit & Abandoned Items<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Garments not picked up within 6 months<\/strong> of drop-off will be handled as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n A reminder will be sent via text. If we are unable to contact you or receive no response, the garments will be considered abandoned and donated to charity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Claims<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n All claims must be made within 7 days<\/strong> of pick-up and must include proof of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n No Cut Request<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n If you do not want any cutting during the alteration, you must specify “No Cut” when placing your order. We will not be responsible for any dissatisfaction if no such request was made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Off-Cut Material Return<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n If you would like the off-cut material to be returned, please request this in advance by stating “Keep Material” when placing your order. If this request is not made beforehand, the off-cut material cannot be returned later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Overlock Colour Not Matching<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n To maintain efficiency, we do not match the inside overlock colour to the original. If you would like it to be matched, please inform us in advance, and additional charges will apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Liability for Damage<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n We take good care in handling your garments, but we will not be liable for any minor imperfections, fabric weaknesses, or damage caused by prior wear and tear or unsuitable fabrics for alterations. If a garment is deemed unalterable due to its condition or material, we will inform you before proceeding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Unacceptable Conduct<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Aggressive behaviour and abusive language will NOT be tolerated on our premises. Unacceptable behaviour includes, but is not limited to, shouting, swearing, and any actions that negatively affect our staff and other customers. We reserve the right to refuse or stop serving anyone displaying such behaviour, and these customers will be banned from using our services in the future.
